Want a free Arabic VST that enhances your music? Then you need an Arabic percussion VST. Takim is an awesome free Arabic VST that perfectly recreates exotic drums.
Takim has 42 exotic percussion samples that capture the essence of Arabia.
In fact, these drum samples are dynamic. Takim allows you to edit the attack and decay values of the percussion ensemble it includes. You’ll discover a whole new world of Middle Eastern percussion by simply tweaking Takim’s settings!
So don’t wait. Go ahead and download your free copy of Takim!
What’s in this Free Arabic VST?
Takim comes with an incredibly trippy interface.
As you can see, it has four basic controls. The attack, decay, and release sliders alter the attack and decay of the sound.
Sounds simple?
It’s more complicated than you think. These sliders alter the attack/decay of every sound in Takim’s library. They have been specially crafted to adjust each sound in Takim’s percussion ensemble so that they always sound awesome together!
Additionally, it has a volume output knob to control the gain.
Now, I would like to see more options on the plugin, such as compression or reverb. Unfortunately, the plugin has no 64 bit version, and the drum types are poorly labeled.
Despite these shortcomings, Takim still remains amazing.
The exotic percussion sounds this Arabic VST brings to the mix are too fantastic to ignore. I highly recommend that you download a copy of this VST – it’s a must for hip-hop and EDM producers alike.
